Property Vyapari ("we," "our," "us") operates as an online advertising platform for real estate property listings. We provide a subscription-based service that allows users to post property advertisements. As our services are related to online advertising, we do not handle or facilitate the buying or selling of properties. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding our platform.
Our platform operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription payments are made to access the features of the platform, including the ability to post property listings.
Once a subscription is purchased, the subscription fee is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any payments made for subscriptions, as the service is provided in full once access to the platform is granted.
Property Vyapari is not involved in the buying, selling, or managing of properties. We only provide an advertising platform where users can post listings. As such, we are not responsible for any issues related to the property listings posted on our platform. Any concerns related to property transactions, including the condition, legality, or accuracy of listings, should be handled directly between the parties involved (i.e., the buyers and sellers).
Subscription Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancelling your subscription will prevent further charges, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period. Your subscription will continue to be active until the end of the current cycle.
Account Termination: If we find that a user is violating the terms of service or engaging in fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to terminate the account and remove any listings. In such cases, the subscription fee will not be refunded.
Since we are not responsible for the content of property listings, any disputes regarding the property’s accuracy, ownership, pricing, or any related transaction issues must be handled directly between the buyer and seller. Property Vyapari is not responsible for resolving disputes between users or any claims arising from the listings posted on the platform.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from posting your listings or accessing your subscription, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In case of an extended technical failure on our end that prevents the use of our services, we may consider extending your subscription at no additional charge, but refunds will not be provided.
